Toyota came to us with a challenge: awareness for the Grand Highlander was high, but many still mistook it for a Highlander trim rather than a distinct, elevated model. To reinforce the Grand Highlander鈥檚 unique identity鈥攄efined by its spaciousness, power, and style鈥攚e created custom storytelling across Scary Mommy and The Dad that embedded the vehicle into modern parenting moments. On Scary Mommy, we spotlighted a mom pulling off an epic kid鈥檚 birthday party with the help of the Grand Highlander鈥檚 ample cargo space, power outlets, and hands-free features. On The Dad, we flipped the 鈥渂eat the traffic鈥 stereotype, showing a laid-back dad embracing the journey thanks to the vehicle鈥檚 comfort-forward interior. In both stories, the Grand Highlander doesn鈥檛 just show up鈥攊t proves why it stands apart.
